" 각 생애주기별 통합 재활 플랫폼을 구축해 나가고 있습니다. "

비영리 연구단체 마음엠은 2017년부터 서울대학교병원 의생명연구원으로부터 시작된 
심리 치유 콘텐츠를 통해 마음 건강을 돌보는 데 도움을 주는 연구소이자, 
지친 마음이 잠시 쉴 수 있는 작은 정원과 같은 공간입니다.

2019년 서울대학교병원 의료진과 함께하는 통합적 정신 재활의 일환으로 그 역사를 이어가고 있는 
'마음엠디'는 인지행동치료(CBT) 뿐만아니라 수용전념치료(ACT)를 포괄하는 디지털 콘텐츠로서
불안, 우울, 스트레스 등 다양한 심리적 어려움을 극복하는데 도움이 되고자 노력하고 있습니다.

이러한 노력의 연장선에서 정신건강과 신체 건강의 통합 재활의 목표로
 2023년도부터 서울재활병원 기능연구센터와 함께 소아 및 청소년 발달 장애 및 뇌변병 질환등
 연구 등에서 축적되고 있는 재활의료 데이터를 함께 연구를 위해 활용하고 있습니다. 

2025년부터 시작한 내 인생의 동화책 MaumMine Story Book 서비스는 돌봄당사자를 대상의
Patient Centered Theory의 일환으로 재활전문의와 인지행동치료사의 협업을 통해
바쁜 일상 속에서 잊고 지냈던 따뜻한 감성과 위로를 전달하는 시간이 될 것입니다.

 재활정원의 맞춤형 방문 재활 서비스 (Tailored In-Home Rehabilitation Services)
 과도한 업무나 건강상의 이유로 병원 방문이 어려운 돌봄종사자(환부모 포함)을 위해 전문 치료사가 가정 환경과 가까운 프로그램실에서 맞춤형 재활 프로그램과 쉼터 서비스를 제공합니다. 이를 통해 신체적 회복을 돕고, 업무 복귀 및 일상생활의 독립성을 향상시켜 삶의 활력을 되찾을 수 있도록 지원합니다.

 For medical professionals who find it difficult to visit hospitals due to demanding workloads or health reasons, our professional therapists visit their homes directly to provide customized rehabilitation programs. This service aims to aid physical recovery, enhance independence in daily life and for returning to work, and help individuals regain vitality.
